Levitating Moon Lamp — Floating, Spinning Moon Light

The moon, floating over your desk. A 3D-printed moon — textured from real lunar surface data — hangs in mid-air above its base, slowly rotating, and glows with power beamed to it wirelessly through the air by electromagnetic induction. Honest notes

• It floats about 2 cm above the base — a real, visible gap, lower than the dramatic photos elsewhere suggest.
• Floating the moon the first time takes a minute of patience — lower it slowly into the centre of the base until you feel the field catch. Most people have it within a few tries.
• The base is mains-powered and stays plugged in — there is no battery. If the power is interrupted, the moon settles safely onto the base and stays there.
